(This item pertains to the check boxes on the General tab of the Setup Options dialog box. You can open it through the F5 key or through the Edit | Preferences | Setup menu option.)
If you select the Fixed Dialog Positions check box, PC-DMIS displays dialog boxes in their default positions. If this check box is cleared, PC-DMIS displays each dialog box where it was last positioned.
The DialogFixedPosition entry in the PC-DMIS Settings Editor for this option is set to 0 or 1. For information on modifying entries, see the "Modifying Setting Entries" appendix.
