This check box controls the stage motion at the end of a focus measurement.
If this check box is selected, the machine will move back to the focus position at the end of the focus scanning motion.
If this check box is cleared, the machine will not move to the focus position if there is a move or measurement following the focus measurement. Instead, it will move from the top of the focus scan directly to the next machine position.
