The ID Labels area behaves the same as the GD&T callouts area, except that instead of GD&T callouts, it affects ID labels, such as feature ID labels, dimension info boxes, and point info boxes. It helps reduce screen clutter by making these labels temporarily hidden as they reach or approach a view angle parallel to your current view angle.
