The Edit | Override Guess submenu allows you to change the type of feature last measured.
For example, if a circle was the last feature measured and PC-DMIS guessed that it was a plane, you can use this option to convert the feature to the proper type. You must use this option before any other features are measured or constructed.
To use the Override feature:
Access the Edit window.
Place your cursor on the incorrect feature type in the Edit window.
From the Override Guess submenu, select the correct feature type.
PC-DMIS updates the feature type in the Edit window.
