ID Expressions

Many of the PC-DMIS commands use feature IDs as parameters. For example, constructed features use IDs to indicate which features are to be used as inputs for the constructed feature. ID expressions allow the user to refer to a specific instance of a feature, a group of similarly named features, an instance of a feature inside a call to a subroutine, or a feature in an external measurement routine.
