This entry determines the number of times that PC-DMIS Vision retries point detection before a failure is reported. If the stage is not stable, then point detection is not reliable. During point detection, if the stage drifted between the time the point detect command is issued and the time the point detect command completes and returns the points, the point detection is retried.
This entry is evaluated only when the AutoShutterEnable entry is set to 1 (TRUE). If the stage is not stable, then point detection is not reliable.
