This entry provides the delay (in milliseconds) that PC-DMIS waits before firing the point detection command when a stage drift has been detected.
This entry is only evaluated when the AutoShutterEnable entry is set to 1 (TRUE). If the stage is not stable, then point detection is not reliable.
