The CMS Sensitivity entry is a parameter of the sensor that optimizes the data acquisition on different surface types. It is the Gain parameter in the laser Sensor probe toolbox.
In general:
CMS Sensitivity = 1 (Gain = High) Use this parameter for polished, bright surfaces.
CMS Sensitivity = 0 (Gain = Normal) Use this parameter for the more general matt surface types.
