This stores the last position of the Circle Minimum Search Setup dialog box.
Entry Name: CircleMinimumSearchSetupDlg
Entry Type: String value of four values separated by commas. The first two values list the offset distances from the left and top sides of the primary monitor. They define the location of the top left corner of the dialog box. The second two numbers define the width and height of the dialog box. This dialog box is not re-sizable, so the second two numbers don't do anything.
