If PC-DMIS is configured to communicate directly with the THD probe controller, then PC-DMIS looks at this entry to see if it should send the values contained in the configuration entries ConfigurationValue_1 through ConfigurationValue_8 to the controller.
If this entry is set to 1, PC-DMIS will try to send the configuration entry values. If set to 0, it will not.
