If this entry is set to 0 (FALSE), the software selects the In option in the Construct Circle dialog box. If this entry is set to 1 (TRUE), the software selects the Out option.
Entry Name: Constructed Circle - InOut
Entry Type: Whole number to specify TRUE (1) or FALSE (0). The default value is 1.
