This value should be set to the maximum measure speed of your machine in millimeters per second. This value is translated for the Top Speed value on the Part/Machine tab of the Setup Options dialog box. When these two values are set correctly, then commands will be translated correctly.
For example, if you have set this value to 16.6 and the Top Speed value to 383 mm/sec, then TOUCHSPEED commands will be correct.
You should set the DMISFedratPcntOfMaxMachineSpeed entry to 0 when this value is set.
