When this entry is set to 1 (TRUE), the DEFAULT RMEAS import option is used. If the entry is missing, it defaults to 0 (RMEAS/LEGACY).
The default value of 0 (RMEAS/LEGACY) option causes PC-DMIS to search the preprocessed DMIS import file to prevent adding the RMEAS statement if a DMESW/COMAND,'RMEAS/...' statement is already present.
