This entry defines the default angle that is used to compare the angle of the created circular feature to the angle of the workplane.
If the angle difference is greater than this value, then all three axes values for the measured or Auto feature are used to determine the angle values.
If the angle difference is less than this value, then only the X and Y axes are used, and the workplane Z value is applied. If you always want the X,Y,Z values to be used, then make this value 1.0. But if you want it to always come up with 2 axes, make it a much smaller value (the cosine of the angle you want).
