This entry determines whether or not to use the skip rule that puts a command into text mode.
Entry Name: IgnoreSkippedFeatureRule
Entry Type: Whole number of either 0 or 1. If set to 1, PC-DMIS uses the normal label defined for that command. If set to 0, the rule is enforced and PC-DMIS displays skipped features/dimensions in text mode. The default value is 0.
