MultiCadFileAssemblies

When you set this entry to TRUE, and you import a supported CAD assembly through DCT (Direct CAD Translation), the software imports the individual components of the assembly as separate .cad files. The software links the .cad files by reference and stores them in the same directory as the imported CAD files.

Supported CAD Assemblies Include:

• CATIA v4

• CATIA v5

• CATIA v6

• Creo

• Parasolid

• SolidWorks

• NX

When you import a CAD file with this entry set to FALSE, the result is a single .cad file.
