This entry stores the Max Angle setting for legacy CWS sensors.
This is the maximum allowable angle deviation in degrees between the direction of the sensor beam and the surface normal of the part at the intended measurement location. This is a characteristic of the sensor itself.
For current CWS sensors, this information is included in the sensor definition found in the probe.dat file. This entry is only used for older legacy sensors to provide a default definition for those sensors that did not contain this information.
