This entry stores the Max Interpolation Error setting for CWS sensors.
PC-DMIS performs the spiral scans using a defined path consisting of a collection of XYZ nominal points that form a series of line segments. This setting is the maximum allowed error between the segmented path and the actual spherical surface. If you reduce this value, PC-DMIS generates an increased number of points so that the segmented path more closely represents the actual spherical surface.
