This entry is the same as the FocusHiAccuracy entry but is only applied during the vision Probe Offset Calibration focus operations.
When this entry is set to TRUE, the vision machine performs a second, slightly slower, pass-to attempt to improve the accuracy of the focal position. PC-DMIS optimizes the second pass based on the image data of the first pass. This provides the default setting for the associated vision Auto feature target.
