Sets the maximum number of resolution adjustments made during the illumination calibration. If the number of data points between the ProbeQualVisionIlluminationCalGradientMaximum_Lamp(0-5) and ProbeQualVisionIlluminationCalGradientMinimum_Lamp(0-5) entry values is less than ProbeQualVisionIlluminationCalGradientMinimumSamples_Lamp(0-5), the resolution or increment size of the calibration data is cut in half and the calibration data collection is repeated.
