Provides the bottom edge of the clipping plane as a percentage of your laser sensor's field of view. The clipping plane allows you limit the amount of data that is collected form your laser sensor.
For example, a value of 15 would eliminate the first fifteen percent from the bottom edge of the sensor's entire field of view, while a value of 0 will use all data down to the bottom edge of the sensor's field of view.
