These values store the previous reading from your temperature sensors for your slave arm. You can have anywhere from 1 to 32 sensors. These values are provided in Celsius or Fahrenheit according to the TempCompCelsius value.
Entry Name: SlavePriorTemp(0-31)
Entry Type: Character String to specify temperature. The default value is 0.0.
