This entry specifies the vertical clearance above the TESASTAR-R Tool Changer. This clearance defines the distance to move up during dropoff/pickup to avoid HD slots. Vertical moves using this setting only occurs if the UseTCVerticalClearanceForHD_TESASTAR-R entry is set to TRUE.
