This value specifies an offset in millimeters from the measured corner of this tool changer port to the desired center point for the port. This value is in the direction of the length of the rack (usually to the right if looking into the depth direction with the height being up).
The default value varies depending on the exact tool changer type and is not used at all by many of the supported changer types.
