This entry determines whether to enable or disable the Measurement Strategy Editor (MSE) application.
If you set this to TRUE, the MSE appears when you the select the Edit | Preferences | Measurement Strategy Editor menu.
If you set this to FALSE, the Edit | Preferences | Measurement Strategy Editor menu turns gray, and you can no longer select it.
Entry Name: UseMeasurementStrategyEditor
Entry Type: TRUE/FALSE value that determines whether to use the MSE. The default value is TRUE.
