This value was added to provide support for the laser warm-up stand for laser probes. These warm up stations connect to Renishaw and DEA toolchangers. They are designed to keep the sensors at steady state during use. PC-DMIS needs to manage the power during tool change cycles. This value should only need to be set once and for now the defaults should work for all DEA/B&S machines.
