WriteSurfacesWithBoundaries

When you export a measurement routine to a CAD file (IGES, STEP, and so on), the surfaces are usually exported without boundary curves. If you set this option to TRUE, PC-DMIS exports surfaces with boundary curves. Some CAD systems prefer surfaces with boundary curves. So if your CAD application has trouble with some of the features in the exported file, try and export again with this option set to TRUE.
