When you install PC-DMIS and your license is correctly configured for the FDC-SLC interface, the correct files and settings entries are automatically configured.
The license requires the following:
Vision - Enabled
Vision Type - SLC DCC
Interface - FDC
Laser Probe Type - If required, Mycrona WLS for CWS, HP-OW, and Mycrona TTL for TTL
Additional requirements:
Vision Frame Grabber should already be installed. For details, see "PC-DMIS Vision Frame Grabber and Camera Setup".
The factory has installed the device driver for CWS and HP-OW (required for a USB connection).
Ensure that you have all the necessary configuration .ini files in the Windows installation directory. The factory supplies them with the machine. For more information, see "Configuration Files".
Ensure that you have mapped the Port entry correctly in the .ini files. This entry is located under the COM section in each .ini.
