Use the Reflex interface with a Reflex controller on a manual Gage 2000 machine. You must set the Reflex box to Pass Through mode.
There are two "smart cards" inserted in the controller. The upper storage card is where the controller saves measurement routines. When you turn on the Reflex controller, the controller displays these screens:
Copyright screen
Language screen
VolComp screen
Home screen
To start the service:
Click Service Utilities.
Perform the probe qualification until you arrive at the Startup Options screen.
Select Pass Through mode.
Before you start PC-DMIS, rename Reflex.dll to interfac.dll.
The Machine Options dialog box (Edit | Preferences | Machine Interface Setup) has these tabs for this interface:
Controller tab

Comm Port 1 (COM1)
9600 Baud
No parity
8 data bits
1 stop bit.
