A probe calibration operation resulted in computing invalid probe offsets. This is often occurs when you specify that the calibration sphere is at the MEA position when it is not, or when you move the calibration sphere after calibrating tip 0 without first performing the "Locate the sphere" function.
As a result, the command is not executed.
Correct the problem and then recalibrate the probe.
