The new jog box has AUTO, SLOW, and JOY buttons which behave in a toggle mode. For example, when you select Auto mode, a red LED is illuminated to indicate that Auto mode is enabled. When the LED is off, Manual mode is enabled.
The LEDs on the SLOW and JOY buttons operate in a similar manner. For example, when illuminated, the indicated mode is active.
When you require Auto mode or Manual mode, PC-DMIS displays a message in the status bar to indicate that the system requires a mode change to complete a requested command or action.
