PC-DMIS supports only the legacy temperature compensation method for this interface. For information on the legacy temperature compensation, see "Compensating for Temperature" in the PC-DMIS Core documentation.
If you use a controller with the Sheffield interface, the UseTemperatureCompensationV2 entry in the Option section must be False. If the entry is set to True, it may affect your measurement routine's move points in unexpected ways.
