Activating additionally purchased software options or software maintenance is called "updating licenses".
To update a license with newly-purchased software options or software maintenance offline, you need to use the same steps as to activate a license.
Get a new Activation Start file (see "Getting the Offline Activation Start File via email").
Create a new Activation Request file (see "Creating an Offline Activation .clmreq File").
Get a new Response file (see "Getting the Offline Activation .clmresp File").
Process the new Response file (see "Processing the Activation .clmresp File").
To update a license, you must generate a new response file.
Click the Browse link to browse for the request file that has been created.
Upload it to the Hexagon Support Center.
Click Download, and save the response file (*.clmresp) to a portable storage device such as a USB stick.
