This entry determines the amount of transparency for the active clearance plane.
Entry Name: ActivePercentTransparency
Entry Type: Whole number percentage value from 0 to 100 that represents the amount of transparency. A value of 0 draws the plane as an opaque color. A value of 100 draws the plane as a completely transparent color rendering it effectively invisible. The default value is 80.
