This entry is used with Flush and Gap laser Auto feature. The back-off distance determines the location from the gap’s edge at which PC-DMIS measures the flush distance. This distance is measured from the edge of the gap.
Entry Name: BackOff
Entry Type: Real Number to specify distance. The default value is 0.
