This offset value, in pixels, holds the dialog box's top value in relation to the screen's Y = 0 position.
Entry Name: CadAssemblytop
Entry Type: Integer value for the top offset. The default value is 0.
If the dialog box's size or position aren't allowed, the software ignores the values and uses a hard-coded value to display the dialog box.
