Specifies the amount time in seconds that CNC server will wait for PC-DMIS to launch before it starts. This will insure that PC-DMIS is started since CNC server requires that it is running in the background.
Entry Name: PcdLaunchTime
Entry Type: Whole number that specifies the number of seconds. The default value is 180.
