This entry allows you to set how many sample hits are permanently taken before each actual point is measured. These sample hits are taken each time the scan is run. This field is available only if Surface is selected in the Hit Type list.
Entry Name: ScanDialogPermSampleHits
Entry Type: Whole number that specifies the number of hits. The default value is 3.
