To Remove Shortcut Keys from a Command

1. To open the Customize dialog box, select the View | Toolbars | Customize menu option, and click the Keyboard tab.

2. Select the command you wish to modify with the Category and Menu Selection lists. Once you select a command in the Commands list, the software displays the current shortcut key or keys in the Current Shortcuts box if any are assigned to that command.

3. Select the command from which you want to remove the shortcut keys.

4. Select the shortcut key to remove.

5. Click the Remove button.

6. Click Apply to accept your changes.
