Some machines that support PrbRdv allow for a different ScanRdv value. The ScanRdv box on the Edit Probe Data dialog box has the same meaning as PrbRdv in that it is a radial deviation for the calibrated size of the tip. The difference is that this applies to scan operations, whereas PrbRdv applies to taking individual hits.
