This list becomes available if you select Best Fit or BF Recomp options when you construct the cylinder. It allows you to specify the type of Best Fit construction used. The types are:
LEAST_SQR
MIN_SEP
MAX_INSC
MIN_CIRCSC
FIXED_RAD
