When working with a scan, there is one extra component than when working with a feature set. Scans are composed of basic scans. Each basic scan is composed of individual points. When clicking a plus (+) sign next to a scan, it will expose all of the basic scans associated with it. A plus (+) sign will appear next to each basic scan. By clicking the plus (+) sign next to each basic scan, it will expose all of the individual points associated with the basic scan. The weight for each point can be edited, the weight of the basic scan (and all of its points) can be edited, or the weight of the scan itself can be edited.
