The Material Conditions area for a dimensioned feature (Insert | Dimension) contains the following tolerancing methods:

You can select material condition modifiers for Position, Parallelism, and Perpendicularity dimensions.
Be aware that for position dimensions, selecting the Use Datums check box causes the XYZ output values to use the alignment of the datums.
