Unless you choose to execute just the commands assigned to a particular arm, when you execute the measurement routine, the routine flow continues as it normally does from the top of the Edit window to the bottom. Each arm executes the commands assigned to it.
When you execute in multiple arm mode, Arm2 runs a little behind Arm1. This type of delay is expected.
