File | Open - Opens a pre-existing fixture definition. Open the folder that contains the definitions file (a .dat extension), select the file, and click Open to load the fixture definition. It is then ready to use with PC-DMIS.
File | Save or Save As - Saves the current fixture definition. You should do this once you complete the configuration of your current fixturing system. You can save the configuration and use it on a different system. The default location for the saved fixture definition is c:\fixture\fxtserver.dat.
