If you add an alignment before a Colormap or Clean COP command in the Edit window, or if you change an alignment above a Colormap in the Edit window, PC-DMIS displays a message to ask whether you want to update the alignment's dependent commands.
Select the best option for your measurement routine:
Yes - This option converts the dependent commands to the new alignment coordinate system.
No - This option doesn't change the dependent commands.
