You can use the CW43L 3rd Axis Continuous C Joint with or without the CW43L probe changer.
If you are using the Continuous C Joint with the probe changer, you must set the following entries in PC-DMIS Settings Editor:
HasContinuousCJoint - If the 3rd axis is in the probe changer, set the value to 0. If the 3rd axis is on the arm, set the value to 1.
CW43LThirdAxisTCSlot = <port number>
If you are not using the CW43L probe changer, and you are using a Continuous C Joint, you must set the following entries:
HasContinuousCJoint = 1
CW43LThirdAxisTCSlot = -1
