This entry determines whether PC-DMIS filters tips.
(This entry corresponds to the Filter Tips check mark on the Optimize Path dialog box in PC-DMIS.)
Entry Name: FilterTips
Entry Type: TRUE / FALSE value.
TRUE means tips are filtered and they only consider tips with angles that are less than the FilterTipsAngle value.
FALSE means tips are not filtered. PC-DMIS considers all available tips. This is the default value.
