This setting defines the topography Illumination value. You can also set this value with the Illumination slider on the Illumination tab of the Probe Toolbox when using the Vision Surface Topography sensor.

Entry Name: Intensity
Entry Type: Real Number to specify the Illumination value for the Surface Topography sensor. The default value is 0 (zero).
