This setting defines the Quality Threshold value for the Vision Surface Topography sensor. You can also set this value with the Quality Threshold slider on the Illumination tab of the Probe Toolbox.

Entry Type: Real Number to specify the Surface Topography sensor's Quality Threshold. The default value is 0.5.
